What we store
When you join the waitlist, RE:UP Nutrition stores your first name, email address, chosen gym, registration time and consent.
Why we store your information
We use your information to notify you when RE:UP and preordering come to your gym, and to send offers when you have consented. We also count interest per gym to plan new locations. Consent is the legal basis for these emails.
Storage and access
Your information is stored securely in Lovable Cloud and is only accessible to RE:UP through a password-protected overview. We do not sell it or share it with others for their own purposes. Lovable Cloud processes it on our behalf as a storage service.
The contact form
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, phone number, gym and message, along with any other gym information you choose to provide, to respond to your enquiry. The message is sent to our Gmail inbox. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The information is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
When the waitlist is deleted
Waitlist information is deleted when you unsubscribe, or no later than 12 months after RE:UP opens at the gym you specified.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe, request access, correct information or request deletion at any time by emailing hei@reupnutrition.no. You can also request data portability and restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, where the conditions for these rights are met. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe your information is being handled incorrectly.
Cookies
The website remembers your language choice in your browser. The website does not use tracking cookies. Administration uses an essential cookie for secure sign-in. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts.
